This booth will accommodate all these vehicles and small trucks, large vans and people movers. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
"Panel Beating" has changed substantially to the point where we are no longer able to employ once accepted repair methods, ie. The beating of modern metals, with hammer and dolly, because of the complexity of high strength, light weight sheet metal that is increasingly being used. Because of these changes it has become necessary and almost compulsory, to replace components in lieu of repair. As a result many changes to motor vehicle manufacture, and the makeup of complex high strength steels in many overseas and locally produced motor vehicles, and to keep pace with ever changing technology.

Williams Bodyworks has recently purchased a BMW/PORSCHE/MECEDES approved state of the art inverter spot welder that enables us to guarantee that in the event a welded panel needs to be replaced it can be done in line with manufacturers specifications.

These specifications include the ability to weld all the new European high strength steels used in these vehicles with equipment that will not distort or break down the structural integrity of the steel. Manufacturers have recently advised that their welding specifications cannot be met with the use of current technology and attempts to use non-approved equipment can lead to structural failures and serious warranty and safety issues.
